The 2017 Chablis Montée de Tonnerre 1er Cru shows just a little reduction on the nose, making it difficult to read. The palate has fine mineralité at its core, quite effervescent with a bitter edge that lends tension towards the finish. This is a real "foodie" Chablis i.e don’t drink this tout seule. Drink 2019-2028.
