2017 Paringa Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinge edges and a watery hue. Aromas of fresh white peaches and nectarines laced with subtle dried honey and nuances of gun flint are followed by biscuity oak, cashew and lightly spiced nougat. Medium bodied, concentrated ripe white peach, nectarine and dried honey flavours have an elegant creamy feel overlaying a back drop of biscuity oak, faint toast, cashew and spicy nougat. Finishes fresh and lively with a long conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
