Bright straw colour with a subtle greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe apricot and peach aromatics jump out of the glass trailed by honeysuckle, quince and ginger spice notes. Fresh apricot fruits drive the palate with vivid acidity contrasted against a well rounded mouthfeel. Honeysuckle, fresh pear, light ginger and cinnamon spice also chime in. Finishes fresh, textured and medium to long.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
Alc. 12%

Other Reviews…..
Light, vivid straw. High-pitched citrus and orchard fruit aromas, along with emerging violet and chalky mineral flourishes. Sappy and energetic on the palate, offering juicy Meyer lemon and pear nectar flavors along with a touch of honey. Finishes refreshingly bitter and seamless, showing very good tenacity and an echo of ripe pear. Drink 2020-2022.

Josh Raynolds – Vinous

Bright peach and apricot flavors burst forth, with light fennel and green almond hints trailing through on the finish. The minimal toast allows the deliciously exuberant fruit to shine. Drink now through 2020.
