Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge to the outskirts. Intense lime and green apple scents dominate the nose with lemon, subtle orange rind and talc following on. Vibrant and bursting with flavour, lime and citrus prevails over a backdrop of green apple, talc and a chalky minerality. Dry crisp finish. Terrific length and power with a very long lime, citrus, subtle orange rind, talc and mineral aftertaste. A superb Eden Valley Riesling.
