Midnight black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Lifted dark plum and liquorice aromas intermingle with toasty vanillin oak, earthy fennel and spice. Medium to full in body with a plush entry, the palate sports rich spicy dark plum and liquorice flavours over toasty oak, earth and fennel. Slightly dryish finish with velvet like tannins. Good length with a plump and generous aftertaste.
