Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pear and honeysuckle are followed by some Jonathan apple and light quince notes. Luscious pear, ripe apple and honeysuckle flavours are underpinned by delicate spicy quince characters. Finishes dry with a brisk feel to the acidity and a surprisingly energetic aftertaste.
