2017 Indigo Chardonnay

Fruit was sourced from the Alpine Valleys and Beechworth with maturation taking place in French oak barriques of varying ages. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. A mix of nectarine and grapefruit scents greets the nostrils followed by notions of citrus and gun flint. Medium bodied and brimming with freshness the palate features nectarine, grapefruit and citrus fruits over infusions of gun flint, subtle dried honey characters and traces of minerality. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and an elegant medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
