2017 Hollick Coonawarra Old Vines Cabernet Sauvignon

Inky black colour with a very dark red hue. Elevated blackcurrant and mulberry aromas infused with black olive and tobacco characters are trailed by dried herb and spicy cedar notes. Medium bodied the palate has flavours of ripe blackcurrant laced with tobacco which are followed up by dried herb, earth and spicy cedar characters. Dryish finish with slightly chalky tannins cutting short the finish a touch.
