Certified organic. Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Nosing gives up aromas of ripe peach, pear and subtle honeycomb followed by hints of crème brulee, faint quince and spice. Texturally well rounded the palate is generously endowed with ripe pear, peach and dried honey flavours. Finishes with good freshness, some gentle crème brulee, light toast and spice characters emerging on the back half. Engaging medium to long aftertaste.
