Brilliant very pale straw in colour with subtle highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nectarine and grapefruit aromas intermingle with notions of gun flint, biscuity oak and spice. Very elegant, fresh and light in body the palate is delicately flavoured with nectarine and citrus fruits which sit over a back drop of wet stones and flecks of minerality. Finishes dry with vibrant acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
