Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lemon and lime juice aromas intermix with crunchy granny smith apple and steely mineral notes. Tight with a lean steely feel the palate has a crunchy flavour profile of lemon, lime and green apple over a bed of wet steel and minerals. Finishes very dry with racy acidity and a medium to long aftertaste.
