2017 Clarence House Estate Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with a glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced nectarine aromas are intermeshed with hints of grapefruit, oily toast like characters, lemon butter, light bees wax and spice. Medium weighted with a good amount of freshness to the nectarine, pear and grapefruit flavours which meld into a mixture of oily toast, lemon butter and bees wax characters. Texturally rounded it finishes dry with a long, elegant oily aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
