Chandon Vintage Brut celebrates the finest cool climate sparkling grapes, with the fantastically cool vintage of 2017 producing a captivating expression of their flagship wine, showcasing elegance and finesse. The wine is crafted Méthode traditionnelle, with 5 years of aging on lees contributing to a creamy texture and layers of complexity. Ninety percent of the fruit comes from the Whitlands vineyard with an elevation of 850 meters and red soil, contributing to tight acidity and purity of fruit. A small amount from other prestigious regions is blended for added complexity.
