Very dark red black colour with a very dark red brown tinged hue. Spicy stewed plum and liquorice aromas mix with hints of smoky earth, green bean, leather and black olive. Amply fleshed, the medium weight palate features red to dark plum and liquorice fruits which meld into an earthy leather, black olive, smoked meat and spicy pepper back drop. Meaty tannins lend a chewy feel across the savoury finish.
