2017 Cantina Tollo Rocca Ventosa Terre di Chieti Sangiovese

Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Spicy ripe dark cherry and plum aromas meld into earthy vanilla like notes. Soft rounded palate entry with dark cherry and ripe plum flavours sitting over earth, vanillin cedar and spice. Slightly dryish finish with fine grained tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
