2017 Calibre Malbec

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark purple red hue. Fragrant blueberry and violet scents intermix with crushed ripe cherries, hints of liquorice and fresh herbs. Fruity crushed ripe dark cherry and plum flavours combine with traces of blueberry, vanillin cedar and fresh herb infusions on the medium bodied palate. Fine grained, slightly chalky tannins and bright acidity. Aftertaste of spicy blueberries, crushed cherries, vanillin cedar and subtle fresh herbs.
Cellar 2-3 years.
