Made from Nebbiolo grapes. Translucent salmon colour with a watery hue. The nose displays aromas of peach, water melon, cherry and wet stone with some light spice end notes. Very flavoursome and supple in texture the palate is redolent with peach and cherry characters over an earthy stone back drop finishing very dry and spicy. Brisk acidity with an aftertaste of spicy cherries, light peach and earthy stone like characters. A very dry, savoury Rose.
