2017 Black Cottage Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Pronounced herbaceous gooseberry and passionfruit aromas intermingle with green apple and grassy citrus like notes. Zesty passionfruit and citrus flavours fill the mouth followed by some ripe gooseberry and subtle herbaceous grassy characters. Finishes dry and crisp with a hint of minerality. Aftertaste of passionfruit, gooseberries, citrus and subtle herbaceous grassy characters.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
