Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pear and dried honey are trailed by some bees wax and spicy citrus notes. Light weight yet texturally rounded, flavours of pear and bees wax finish with a burst of lemony freshness and loads of minerality. Dry with crisp acidity and a citrus, flinty mineral infused aftertaste.
