Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Nosing yields aromatics of passionfruit, herbaceous gooseberries and citrus over some grassy capsicum notes. Leaner and not quite as concentrated as the 2016 the palate dishes up flavours of passionfruit and herbaceous gooseberries intermixed with citrusy minerals over some grassy asparagus characters. Dry fresh finish with crunchy acidity. Aftertaste of passionfruit, herbaceous gooseberries, a subtle grassiness and citrusy minerals.
