Very deep dark purple black colour with a bright purple hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries and liquorice are followed by inky vanillin cedar and spice. Juicy flavours of ripe dark cherries and liquorice are overlaid by a good dollop of toasty vanillin oak trailed by some spice. Bright finish with soft fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of juicy dark cherries, liquorice, prominent toasty vanillin oak and spice.
