Brilliant water like colour with a light tinge of green around the outskirts. Intense lime and orange rind aromas overlay some citrusy green apple characters with chalky talc and mineral ensuing. The palate possesses good concentration with flavours of lime juice, green apple and lemon over some light talc with a crisp steely mineral finish. Long lime, lemon, green apple and steely mineral aftertaste.
