Bella’s Garden is a produced from a selection of Two Hands finest Shiraz barrels sourced across the Barossa Valley region. Maturation takes place in French oak. Magnificent colour saturation to the point that the inky black core displays paint like cling to the walls of the glass with a very deep dark purple black hue. Intense liquorice, ripe blackberry and dark plum aromas overlay chocolatey vanillin cedar, spice and a faint whiff of pepper. Exceptionally rich and concentrated the hedonistically opulent fruit is tightly coiled within an iron fist. Flavours of blackberries, fresh black plums and liquorice swamp the mouth underpinned by vanillin cedar, inky earth like nuances and spicy pepper. Dry inky finish with a firm muscular tannin structure, well balanced acidity contributing a youthful freshness. Outstanding power with a very long chewy finish of inky blackberries, dark plums, liquorice, vanillin cedar, spicy earth and pepper.
Cellar 8-10 years.
