Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the outskirts. The nose boasts fabulous intensity with aromatics of lime, citrus and orange rind bursting out of the glass trailed by a distinct talc note and hints of mineral. Refreshing lime and citrus flavours drive the palate, without showing quite the same intensity as the nose, over some green apple, talc and steely mineral on the crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of lime, citrus, green apple and steely mineral.
