2016 Snake & Herring Tough Love Chardonnay

The fruit for this Chardonnay was sourced from the Margaret River and Pemberton regions. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Fleshy white peach and ripe nectarine aromas dominate the nose with some dried honey, apricot and faint spice also chipping in. Lively palate flavours of white peach and nectarine intermingle with subtle dried honey infusions and a touch of spice. Finishes light and fresh with an aftertaste of white peaches, apricot, subtle dried honey and a pinch of spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
