Dense midnight black core with a deep dark red black hue. Intense liquorice and fennel top notes overlay scorched vanillin cedar, dark plum and spicy pepper notes. Rich liquorice, black cherry and dark plum flavours show plenty of body weight and are underscored by fennel, smoky vanillin cedar and pepper. Sturdy tannins firm up the finish a touch and lead into a medium to long liquorice, smoky vanillin cedar, fennel and peppered earth aftertaste.
