Spectacular colour featuring an impenetrable inky black core with a very deep dark purple black hue. Powerful aromatics of ripe blackberries, liquorice and dark chocolate meld into vanillin oak and spicy mocha. Rich and mouthfilling with a sleek voluptuous textural feel, the palate features flavours of ripe blackberries, liquorice, dark plums and subtle dark chocolate that caress the palate like liquid silk. Also entering the fray are lightly toasted vanillin oak and spicy mocha nuances. Very polished, velvet smooth tannins. Excellent concentration and power finishing with a long opulent aftertaste of ripe blackberries, dark plums, liquorice, dark chocolate, toasty vanillin oak and spicy mocha.
