Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Rising from the glass are ripe pear and apple scents with an overlay of honeycomb and musk followed by some ginger spice. Full and round, rich ripe pear, apple and honeycomb flavours form a luscious textural feel underscored by subtle musk and spice. Off dry finish with good balanced acidity and a long spicy ripe pear, honeycomb, musk and ginger aftertaste.
