A creamy white mousse shows good buoyancy over a very pale salmon straw coloured base. Exceptionally fine and very persistent bead. Elevated ripe pear, strawberry and citrus aromas intermix with some bready yeast lees characters followed by baked apple end notes. Strawberry and ripe peach flavours dominate the mouth-watering palate finishing dry and crisp with baked apple, citrus and light yeast lees characters. Medium length aftertaste.
