Produced from Macabeo grapes. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge on the edges and a watery hue. The nose exhibits ripe red apple, subtle tropical fruits, citrus and spicy honeysuckle aromas. Light and very dry the palate is subtlety flavoured with pears, citrus fruits, wet stone and spice. Finishes with fresh acidity and an aftertaste of dried pear, citrus, wet stones, a faint nuttiness and spice.
