2016 Howard Park Miamup Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Very grassy opening on the nose with herbaceous asparagus, citrus and hints of capsicum also chiming in. Light, dry and vibrant the palate has flavours of limes and green apples overlaid by some herbaceous grassy characters followed by some citrus and spice. Dry finish with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of herbaceous grassy characters, limes, green apples and subtle spicy pencil shavings.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
