Matured in new French oak hogsheads for 22 months. Dense inky black colour showing incredible saturation with a deep dark red black hue. Elevated ripe black cherry and liquorice scents mix with scorched earth, mocha, vanillin cedar and blackpepper. Rich liquorice, black cherry and blackberry fruits are carried by a firm tannin structure with vanillin oak, scorched earth and blackpepper in the background. Dry grippy finish with bright acidity and a mid length aftertaste.
