Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of baked apple and pear intermix with honeysuckle, quince and spice. The palate has a feeling of textural roundness yet remains fresh with pear and ripe apple fruits dominate over traces of honeysuckle, lime and wet stone. Finishes dry and brisk with a medium length aftertaste.
