Very deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a bright red hue. The nose dispels aromas of red currants and mulberries subtlety laced with bay leaf followed by spicy cedar. Medium bodied with an elegant fresh feel, flavours of mulberries and red currants sit over a back drop of vanillin cedar, subtle fresh herb infusions and spice. Dryish finish with vibrant youthful acidity and fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of mulberries, red currants, subtle fresh herb infusions and spicy vanillin cedar.
