2016 Fat Bastard Malbec

Opaque black dark red core with a bright red purple hue. Ripe dark cherry and blueberry scents intermix with hints of inky earth, dried herbs and spicy vanillin cedar. Light to medium weight the palate possesses earthy dark cherry and blueberry flavours over infusions of dried herbs, traces of liquorice and spicy cedar. Dryish fine grained tannins combine with youthful acidity. Concludes with an aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, earthy blueberries, cedar and dried herbs.
