2016 Chardonnay By Farr Three Oaks Vineyard

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Wonderfully refined Burgundian like nose with aromatics of white peaches, other stone fruits and citrus seamlessly intermeshed with hints of dried honey, cashew and subtle spicy nougat. Elegant with an understated richness and subtlety creamed textural feel the palate features flavours of white peaches and nectarines married to subtle dried honey infusions and cashew over a backdrop of citrusy nougat and light spice. Dry finish with finely balanced acidity freshening up the back palate. Long aftertaste of white peaches, subtle dried honey, cashew, citrusy nougat and spice.
