Fermented predominately in stainless steel tanks with 10% of the wine aged in second use barrels for 4 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Nosing dishes up aromas of ripe peaches, tropical fruits, melon and citrus with some spice end notes. Vibrant fruit flavours of ripe peaches, apricots, melon and citrus fill the palate with a dry crisp finish. Excellent fruit purity and concentration for the price. Aftertaste of peaches, apricots, citrus and spice.
