Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle fleck of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of ripe pear and dried apple are overlaid by honeysuckle with citrus, faint musk and spice following on. Very fresh yet quite luscious in the mouth, flavours of ripe pears, crunchy red apples and honeysuckle sit over vibrant citrus fruits and traces of mineral. Finishes lively with tingly acidity and an aftertaste of fresh ripe pears, red apples, honeysuckle, tangy citrus and mineral.
