Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of citrus, Jonathan apple, subtle dried honey, straw and spice emerge from the glass. Light in body but nicely textured with a pebble stone like feel the palate possesses flavours of spiced pears, apples and traces of dried honey finishing dry with fresh acidity. Aftertaste of spiced pears, apples, dried honey and subtle stony characters.
