Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive tinge of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted ripe pear aromas intermix with hints of cantaloupe and quince followed by honeysuckle and light spice end notes. Fresh and lively the palate has flavours of pears and tangy citrus over traces of green apple finishing with zesty mineral infused acidity. Dry conclusion with an aftertaste of pears, green apple, zesty citrus and mineral.
