2016 Biurko Organic Red

Made from organically grown Tempranillo grapes. Deep dark red black tinged colour with a bright dark red hue. Inky black cherry and liquorice aromas dominate the nose with notions of earthy incense and spice also chiming in. Juicy and bright with flavours of spicy dark cherries, a touch of liquorice, inky earth and subtle dried herbs, the palate tightens up on the dry finish. Youthful lively acidity combines with slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of spicy crushed dark cherries, inky earth nuances and subtle dried herbs.
