Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour. Aromas of pear and ripe red apple are overlaid by some lifted musk scents with honeysuckle and spice notes ensuing. Spicy red apple and pear flavours are to the fore with honeysuckle and traces of citrus also present. Soft rounded mouthfeel finishing dry with a bite of lively acidity. Aftertaste of pear, citrus, red apple and spice.
