2016 Babich Headwaters Organic Sauvignon Blanc

Certified organic. Brilliant very pale, almost water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Herbaceous gooseberry and unripe passionfruit aromas intermix with some grapefruit followed by citrus and a subtle grassiness. Racy flavours of gooseberries, light passionfruit and grassy citrus zip across the palate with some minerality on the crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of gooseberries, grassy citrus, light passionfruit and flinty mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
