2016 Aresti Espiritu de Chile Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Zesty ripe gooseberry and citrus aromas are intermixed with asparagus and herbaceous grassy notes. On the palate flavours of herbaceous gooseberries play off against some passionfruit and citrus followed by grassy asparagus characters. Dry crisp finish with an aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberries, citrus and grassy asparagus.
