Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Aromas of passionfruit and lime are followed by some green apple and light fresh herb notes. Nicely textured the palate features an interesting mix of flavours that includes passionfruit, ripe lime, fresh herb infusions and a hint of spice. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of passionfruit infused with fresh herbs, lime and subtle spices.
