2015 Wilson Polish Hill River Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted lime, green apple and talc aromas overlay a hint of mandarin and mineral. Zippy palate flavours of lime, citrus and green apple are followed by some talc with a dry steely mineral infused finish. Crisp crunchy acidity gives the wine a steely mouthfeel. Long steely mineral infused aftertaste of lime, citrus and crunchy green apple.
