2015 The Hidden Sea Shiraz

Totally opaque black as night core with a dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of liquorice and ripe black cherries subtlety infused with dried clove notes are followed by delicate notions of vanillin cedar, graphite and white pepper. Medium bodied with a fleshy, vibrant feel the palate has flavours of juicy plums, liquorice and a dash of blueberries over a back drop of vanillin cedar, light earth and spicy pepper. Bright finish with finely grained tannins and an aftertaste of ripe plum, liquorice, traces of blueberry, vanillin cedar and spicy pepper.
