2015 Pegasus Bay Riesling

Brilliant straw colour with glimmers of green to the edgings. Ripe lime and apple scents are overlaid by toasty petroleum like notes with dried honey, faint lemon butter and spice ensuing. Honeyed lime and lemon flavours take centre stage with toast, light kerosene infusions and subtle spice also present. Fullish, almost luscious textural feel finishing with a burst of fresh acidity on the off dry finish. Excellent length with an aftertaste of honeyed lime and citrus, red apple, toast and subtle spicy kerosene infusions.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
