Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Fresh herbaceous gooseberries intermixed with grassy asparagus characters are followed by some citrus and spice. The palate is quite dry and has herbaceous grassy flavours alongside some citrus, fresh asparagus and spice. Dry finish with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of herbaceous grassy characters, citrus and spicy asparagus.
