Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced aromas of lime and citrus overlay orange rind, light talc and mineral. The palate combines intensity and length with a full textural feel and crisp dry finish. Flavours of lime and citrus dominate over some talc and mineral. Clean crisp acidity. Excellent length with a long aftertaste of lime, citrus, talc and mineral.
